Dsicover Charge Off

I have a charge off from Discover that is due to leave my credit report 5/04. I paid $1200 and they wrote off $1112 I disputed it with Transunion and it is now deleted. I cannot seem to get to Experian and Equfiax to remove it at all. I am wanting to buy a house and I know this needs to disappear to get a mortgage. Should I try to negotiate with Discover on the remaining balance to get the status changed? I am making one last effort to dispute the charge off with the last 2 and really do not want to deal with Discover. Any suggestions?
