JBC is killing me!!!

I have the same things in common with everyone on this board (From CA, love the people at JBC, etc.) But... they're trying to get me for a check that I didn't write in 1997. Their first letter included someone else's driver's license number and a checking account number from B of A. Unfortunately for them, I've never had a checking account from B of A. Plus I had this issue removed from my credit records over a year ago! Since I couldn't get anybody of worth on the phone, I faxed them a letter stating the same things I've told everybody on the phone. Still no response, so I sent them a certified letter demanding they close the case and provide me documentation they have done so. Of course... no response. My 20 days are up so we'll see if I get invited to court where all I have to do is show my ID. The unfortunate part here is the fact that JBC has given me someone else's DL number and their personal account information. Anybody else have the same story?
