How easy will it be for them to 1.) find and 2.) to attach the mutual funds that are my "nest egg-type" retirement accounts? That's my only weak spot for now. Would I have enough early warning of any possible civil actions to take evasive action?: i.e., getting those assets out of harm's way, moving 'em, which is not helpful to such things as mutual or bond funds. Thanks.
