I first and last heard from this atty in December, 2002. I responded with an "I'm unemployed and broke" letter. I haven't yet validated this debt. I was afraid a validation from the get go would be followed by a lawsuit.

I don't really care about them leaving their nasties on my machine - I just don't want them to call my neighbors. What's next? Family members?

This forum is a Godsend for those of us who find their lives and credit in unforeseen messes... Thanks to all of you here!
