Seriously, folks, we ought to come up with something that shuts them right down, puts 'em right off, like saying "No comprende" or "I was just informed that my I.Q. has unexpectedly dropped below leagl capacity" or even to threaten in writing a suit for sexual harrasmant. You may think I'm joking but I'm not; the wheels they are a-turnin'. C'mon, there's GOT to be a magic word or some "collection killer." That last idea -- a threat letter of one's own -- is what could hold promise. To use a perfectly good metaphor that has suffered from overuse: we must think out of the BOX they've got us in!
