Why not go to your own bank and find out how to open a secured loan? If you can do this two or three different times, it should start bringing your score up. Don't panic if when it first reports to your cr when you score drops a bit. That is going to happen with most new accounts. It will work its way back up and add about 250 points for you. Ask your bank if they do secured and how much the interest will be and if they report to all the cras. Some banks don't report secured loans at all. Also, if you have a parent or sibling that could ad you to an old account that is in good standing with low balance, that would help you a lot too.
