refinace in husbands name only

Live in FLorida...Got a default judgement against me.
Husband was refinacing home...On title search they found the jugdment against me. I was not on the loan.They are telling us that it needs to be paid with proceeds before closing...Name was different etc.
Is this right..I did not know that they can attach a residence in florida.
