If you are sure you are past SOL, then send the SOL letter from Why Chat's site. You don't need to wait the 30 days for opting out, I don't think.
If you have a copy of your experian report, and these accts show, it will show a "come off" date, subtract 7 years and one month, and that will give you your date of last activity. What you don't realize is that this acct will then be sold to yet another CA, and you'll have to send the SOL letter all over again, as they can try to collect these accounts FOREVER!! Be sure to send them CRRR!!
