well just my opinion but most of you debt collectors lie cheat & steal by attempting to collect on debts that are legally uncollectable becouse they have past the said state statue of limitations .. yeah if the debts still within the sol you can attempt to collect but once its not you guys are now actually breaking the law by bothering people .. not paying on your credit cards IS NOT a crime but attempting to bother people past sol IS a crime so when push comes to shove whos REALLY wrong here ??? exactly , you guys .. AGAIN JUST MY OPINION but some people in your profession are actually good people just simply doing their job but lets be honest here MOST are not , they simply use illegal threats by scaring people to make a few bucks extra of commission .. again only my opinion but in answer to your question , well when people have money problems for whatever reason they sure dont need bill collectors hounding them by putting pressure on them to pay when they dont have the money becouse of other REAL person troubles , so in reality you guys ARE THE LAST anyone needs to talk to so i suggest CONTROL YOUR PHONE DONT LET YOUR PHONE CONTROL YOU , get called ID & screen the calls becouse if you need me send me a letter.. hey for real im not trying to be rude but the profession your in according to many many surveys is about the bottom of the barrel .. just my opinion though & no more , kelly ...........
