Sherman prob re-aged something from years back. GULFSTATE just did the same to me. I think they are somehow related to each other or one is dba as the other. As for checkrite, send them a debt validation letter crrr. Then when you get the greencard back dispute it all from the report as not mine. I bet they don't even have a liscense to collect in your state. I also bet they won't answer the dv letter, and I would be they don't verify with the cra.
