How would one do this on their own? Sue a creditor for an FCRA violation for unpermissable pull. (They refused to provide a permissable purpose and just said "we never pulled it" even after I faxed where it said their company name did an account review)

I was telling them whomever sold them my account had no right since it was included in bankruptcy. They just denied they pulled it.

So I just wondered what steps I'd have to take myself to sue them (if I didn't have funds for a lawyer). Especially when they won't even admit to doing it and tell me what company they got my info from.
