Have you paid? Do you have service? Get something in writing from the utility co. that you PAID, then file a dispute with the CRA. Utility bills are the hardest to shake oncw they are in the hands of ca's. If the untility co. you PAID does not cooperate, send a complaint to the regulating board of your State unfair billing and denial of service.
