need help finding caselaw

I know I have it somewhere but dangit I cannot find it. Could use a link to some caselaws

1)attorney for debt collector sends out dunning notice. says they have 30 days to dispute but also says if they do not pay in 30 days they will be sued which overshadows the dispute period. I have seen tons of caselaw on this but do not have the entire day to find it

2)attorney also states that litigation procedures are public and this persons credit may be affected also overshadowing the 30 days.

3)end note states they may sue before the 30 day dispute period is even up.
