Strange, but you sound very irresponsible. You don't work, your parents are doing the house for you, the car is in their name, etc. and you're gonna file BK to skip on bills. You married or what? I'm not a collector, but I can relate when they say "you signed up for credit, you said you would make the payments". Too many people get credit cards and then blow off the creditor when they are just trying to collect money due them. To me, you sound very young, and would say don't take on credit debt unless you intend to be a grown-up and pay it back.

Bottom line to ALL postings I see here - except for unforeseen circumstances like illness or losing a job you have no real excuse for getting into a situation where collectors are calling. True, they are assholes but YOU are the one who owes the dough.
