you filed bk before, and now you say you're probly gonna file again? You really need to stop accepting credit from companies and then not paying. You have any self-respect, feeling of moral obligation to pay your debts? It amazes me that the creditors give out credit to people who don't pay, and more than once. I guess they deserve to not be paid.
Collectors ARE total assholes and I've dealt with my share, but it is always my intention to pay what I owe. I don't accept their demands of payment amounts per month, etc. which they don't like but they do accept whatever I can pay
