Who said anything about 'filing again' Jack ? Sis surely didn't and I have NEVER filed for BK. As far as 'moral obligations' - money is NOT a morality issue and these slimeball collectors who try to MAKE it a morality issue are full of crap. Porn is a moral issue - money isn't. You either have it to pay or you don't and no one should be made to feel as if they've committed some heinous moral crime for not being able to pay back a debt !! That's the way I feel about it anyway. I tried to explain why I couldn't pay when I had to eek out survival on unemployment -- some AZZ of a collector for an OC suggested I 'find a street corner to work' to pay their bill !! Where was HIS morality ????
