To eliminate debt, you MUST follow the law AS IT IS WRITTEN.

The law has always been specifically designed to give people personal and financial freedom and independence. It's the net result. Because of a lack of focus, thorough miseducation, and prime mental condition, we've neglected the legal foundation and resorted to psuedo methods, which FAIL. Debt consolidation, credit counceling, refinancing, renegotiation and lowering interest rates, DO NOT eliminate debt. They only shift it around. Bankruptcy is nothing more than a public testament to the fact that we've gotten in a knot and our lack of basic law and financial finesse has kept us trapped. It's a detrimental game and ignorant, but well-intentioned people are their toy. No program should EVER claim to assist people to eliminate debt until they fully and clearly answer the following questions:

What is credit?

How was the credit system established? Where did it come from?

Where do the banks get the money they "lend" to me as credit?

What are the LAWS governing the banks' issuance of credit? Do they have the right?

As a consumer have I received full disclosure in my credit agreement?

What does the supreme court have to say about the banks behavior?

Why is credit debt not just a neighborhood coincidence but a national epidemic?

Is "repackaging" debt truly elimination?

What legal stand do third party collection agencies have in credit card debt?

Why do we have to make "deals"? Either we owe them or we don't? Which one is it?

So, the next time you see the pleasant commercials of nice people willing to help you "gain financial freedom", have these questions ready before you pick up the phone. If they can't answer these simple questions, then you know what to do. DUE DILIGENCE.
