I am a lot older than you think. And its my business if I file bk twice or not. Things happen buddy, thats all there is to it. I pay my home payment, phone bill, food for kids, and everything that goes with having a home. Got laid off after being back on my feet after the first bk. Sad to say, but with what money I had coming in, it was not enough to cover the credit bills. I have had a really bad run with luck over the last five years. And no, I am not married, and it takes a lot to raise kids. I didn't ask to be left with kids to raise on my own. But I didn't dump my kids, I dumped my creditors instead. So no matter what you think, I know I did the right thing for my family. And if the creditors would work with me at taking the outrageous fees and sky high interest back off, I could wipe em all out for less than 2000. But they wont, and I have no other choice to file bk next year or risk a few judgements to follow me for the rest of my life.
