Collectcorp not sending the final settlement statement

I had a deadline to pay the final amount of $1574 before 31st May 03. I did manage to wire transfer the amount to the specified Collectcorp account much before the stipulated time. The transfer was confirmed by the Collectcorp executive. He also assured me of sending the final settlement statement on 10th of June 03

I have been following up with the Collectcorp executive for the final settlement statement. There has been no response in this regard. I had even requested him to confirm over the mail of dispatching my statement letter, there is no response for that either. I'm really worried now after going through all the experiences mentioned.

Please advise me on how do I get the required confirmation in closing my transaction with Collectcorp/CitiBank?
