I pressed record and I said "This phone call is being recorded". The caller on the other end said "Thats fine". And we went from there. Had her restate her name, company name and today's date just so they can't say the call was from an earlier date.

And yes Scott..it IS who you think it is and it is the same scumbags we've talked about before. So now do I file here in PA or in NJ?
