Right;

Interesting thoughts on triage. Indeed some judges do become quite impatient with gratuitous collections suits filed with little realistic hope of ever recovering anything clogging their courts.
Yes, one always has to watch out for Mr. Justice Mental Case and Ol' Judge Cracker, good belly-up-to-the-bar pals of the credit card litigators. There are also not altogether bright judges who can have a good one put over on them by the fast talking collection lawyers.
But there are also judges who know the law, value their already tight court schedules, and resent the daylights out of pisant collection agency lickspittles abusing judicial process with nuisance litigation.
