Anyone have any dealings with Humboldt Bank? Credit card.

I had a signed agreement to pay off a 200 charge off and they would report it to the bureas as Paid. Remove the charge off with Paid. Not paid charge off or settled. They refuse to honor this now. I have been fighting this for over two years. Has anyone else had any problems with Humboldt Bank in California?
