By the time someone actually realizes they have been lied to and cheated and scammed by a ca, and had their credit report poisoned, and are fighting for deletions, and against lawsuits from bottom feeding re-aging scum scam ca's. It is too late.

I advise people to NEVER pay -much less "settle" with a CA who has purchased an account.
