Yes - I have been reading this board for months now and have certainly seen your prior opinions on the subject.

I have also paid attention to LadynRed's opinions, as she also seems quite knowledgeable. Therefore, I felt quite comfortable in following her advice when she said "go ahead and send it". She further said it would be good to let them know they're not dealing with their typical uninformed "victim".

The conflicting advice can be a bit difficult to sort through.
