We filed 3 months ago on Independence Day. When we origianlly filed,the Trustee said he was going to refer the case for fraud because when we put down everything the collection accts were recent so he thought they were recent charges I even told the Trustee the reason,on tape what those were!(what an idiot!). We talked to a lawyer and he said it was done correctly. The question is: if they were going to dismiss it would they have already notified us of it? What are the odds they would dismiss it?
