I agree with Scott;

There is only one way to deal with these people, and that is to ignore them, if you are home when they call, DO NOT TALK TO THEM,keep you machine on and screen ALL your calls.

You can NOT negotiate with them, they will lie and cheat and steal whatever $$ you send them, if they know your bank account checking # they will siphon funds from your account.

IF you get a letter from them, (assuming that they EVER do anything legal like a proper notification). Reply with a dispute, do NOT use any "form letters" just say "this is not mine, do not call me."
