I'd like to know how I can deal with a W&A Inquiry on my credit reports. They sent a letter in MAy demanding payment for a debt which I had no knowledge of. I sent out a DV letter, got my green card back. Haven't heard from them since. Nor did they validate the debt. The OC (Great Senaca Financial?) that they are claiming I owe was on my credit report and I got it deleted from all three CR's.Then two weeks after they get my green card they pull my credit reports. What can I do? Is this legal?
