You should be able to print out a "confirmation" report from your fax machine..which will show the date, time and phone number that received the FAX.

I would suggest certified mail, but at the very least get a confirmation report from the fax machine.

I don't know if anyone has had problems with faxes...or if they would hold up in court, but I know more and more people are doing it that way.
