Not exactly so, Scott. The FDCPA says they cannot call you at any time that is known to be inconvenient. The FTC DOES hold that calls on Sunday are generally considered to be inconvenient - so a Sunday call WOULD be considered a violation if the caller is told as much.

Those dipshits from Sherman Asskiss-itions just called my CELL PHONE today - 1st time they've done that... and they WILL be receiving a nasty C&D from me informing them of their FDCPA violations and my complete intolerance for their multiple infractions !
