ive read some of your posts & honestly the postion your being placed in by the illegal actions of calling your neighbors by the collection co really didnt leave you much choice to do anything else but what you did do ..

like i always say im no expert but honestly cant say id have done very much different than Lady sugggested but again in my opinion not all cases are alike & if you have no assets its much much easier to deal with then if you do ..

i read some people making blanket statements about Discover card sueing for small amounts & thats not true either , their really no different then other major cards but again it totally DEPENDS on the situation & if they feel can re coup money .. are there execptions to this , of course there are but thats with all creditors .. well hope all goes well & as you correctly say & i firmly believe if they get a judgement simply file BK .. times are tough & bad things happen to good people .... bye , kelly ......
