I had trouble with Household too, I paid them off and they turned it over to a different law firm than yours. They won a default judgment agianst me last year and I was never served, still in litigation!!!!! Send a cease and desist letter, then the lawyer has to return back to OC (right??) RUN, RUN adn RUN as fast as you can!
