But no more digressions.
Mediation is a sham, it's a means by which you think you have a neutral party in the person of the mediator to help out. In fact, the mediator works for the court, with the judge and creditor scumbucket attorney in high-pressure effort to coerce you into admitting your indebtedness in a pre-trial conference.
From there, all down hill. The SOL is restarted, you've no recourse but to pay, and pay and pay.
Judge Mental Case, a distant miscegenative cousin to Judge Cracker, will tell those in Small Claims Arraignments that is 'you people don't come to some agreement in the pre-trial, you're gonna come back up here, I'm gonna pass judgement, and the sheriff will go and get your stuff."
This as you might imagine is terrifying, grossly distressing, and completely false and misleading. A self-serving lie told no doubt at the insistence of the credit card scumpanies through their country club cousin judge.
HMO lowlives are among the litigants to be found in Small Shams court as well, in addition to credit card sharks. This is another of the new rackets. You go to the hospital, you pay your co-pay. The insurer pays theirs. The HMO decides they want more. After all, the CEO's of these fine companies need their fifty story glass HQ towers remodeled, mid-day jaunts to Cancun aboard the Gulfstream III jet are even more expensive than the local girlies and crack suppliers. So they bill you again and use the free resources of government to do their goonwork.
Bash them. Burn them. Anhiliate their avaricious stupidity with every legal means at your right and left hands. Condition them so that by your legal actions their hair stands on end at the mention of your name. Let messing with you become synonymous with lost time, wasted money, government trouble.
Instruct them so that upon hearing your name, they will find to their joyous relief that they were already at least in the restroom.
