Is the 'open' account a collection agency or is it showing on the ORIGINAL account ??

If its on the collection, then that's probably correct. If it shows the OC as open and being paid AFTER the charge-off, then you have a case of illegal Re-aging - a violation of the FCRA for which you CAN sue. Since you have older credit reports that clearly show the OC's charge-off and date of last activity, you've got great proof to fight an illegal re-aging with.

Your bigger problem is that you have a judgment against you and that's going to cause you more trouble than an illegal re-aging.
