I am considering doing and inluce the lawsuit before going to court since my credit is all messed up.
My ex kept the cards for the joint Accts, and he stopped paying them, my credit has a lot of delinquent and charge off accounts. Now the CA are sending me letters constantly.
I think I better go for the BK and wait seven or ten years, but I get rid of this man who destroy my credit.
