let me explain my situatin more.
last year i had a car accident. I had to use Amex Blue card to take care of towing and rental car before insurance take care of all cost. But later money i got from insurance wasn't enough to cover all medical and everything. total balance was $2800, but last week it was $3100 by CA. I have paid $1000 last week to CA already and still have $2100 to pay, and still confused between settlement($1575) and pay them full.
please advise me.
