Gee.. have you been holding your breath as you wait for the cops to get there ?? ROLF !! UN-freaking-believable !!! Now that you have that LOVELY performance on tape, LOADED with FDCPA violations, you need to contact your state Atty General's office (what state are you in ?) and find out if you can send them a copy of the tape. If not, then a transcript of the tape. I'd also do the same with the FTC - file a complaint and offer them a copy of that recording. Then I'd contact Edelman, Combs, and Latturner at www.edcombs.com, and ask them if they're interested in a copy of that tape. They're after Sherman so they probably will be interested !!
