I work with a company in San Diego that basically has delaings every week with Wolpoff & Abramson. That company is basically a lawsuit mill. They employ "paralegal debt collectors" (what are those anyway?) and just basically enjoy making a person's life hell. I would have to receive more information regarding your situation. In order to better advise you. I AM NOT AN ATTORNEY. just a former debt collector that came over form the dark side.
