As to contacting someone by e-mail that you know nothing about to get "form letters" that are available through my websie or any other legitimate credit forum, it is a BAD idea.

The idea of validation is to force the CA to "prove" the account is valid, once yo send anythng like this, the CA is VERY likely to turn it over to a "legal action" CA who will immediately file suit. Your "validation" request will only validate that you are protecting your credit interests, which means you have something to lose, which means you are a good target for a law suit.
