Can anyone tell me what the Statute of Limitation is in TX for consumer credit card debt? I got served last week over a $10k debt to Citibank and I'm working on a way to fudge myself out of it using a combination of the court system and Chapter 13 if that fails. If I can get a stay on their lawsuit until after SOL expires will this prevent Citibank from coming after me again?
