Thanks Scott & Kelly for your advise. My boyfriend told them Monday when they called, that I didn't have any money and that "you couldn't squeeze blood out of a turnip" and I guess that pissed Maxwell off. He told them that I had paid them more than enough for a $300 debt and that they should be happy with what they got. I know that he shouldn't have lost his temper with them, but he is getting pretty tired of them calling all the time. He said the next time they call here, he is going to tell them that I no longer live here and that they better not call back again. The phone is in his name, so I don't know what they will do about that. The only thing that makes me nervous is, that I seen on another site where Cap One sued someone for $20. If they will sue for that little bit, my chances of them not sueing me are probably slim to none. Of course I don't have any assests for them to take other than a car that I still owe $5000 on. Thanks again!
