What is the best way to get a charge off off your credit report?

I have tried and tried via dispute and have had no luck. I have 2 charge offs on my credit report. One has been sold and one has not been sold (Being represented internally). I have found a lucrative job and could pay both of these accounts in full... I want to just clear up the credit. The equity available with flawless credit is worth it. I have sent letters to the companies asking to pay in full for deletion/ paid in full on my report and have received no response. I know that the original creditor can except payment for deletion (In writing of course) Can the CA accept payment or settlement in exchange for deletion? Anyone have any past experience getting this crapola done? Thanks! Sean
