Westmoreland Agency....that's a flunky of Capital One. Chances are your "debt" is way past the time they can do anything. If they ever are dumb enough to sue..ANSWER THE SUIT. Your defense is "lawsuit is past the statute of limitations". Whatever you do...never accept Westmoreland/ Capital One's offer of a credit card to pay your charge off. Capital One has become a garbage digger in addition to a lousy creditor. Their offer is deceptive and a joke.
