Are you kidding me? they letter stated the chargeoff was from 1991 and it would affect your credit. LOL LOL LOL LOL. You have an easy lawsuit to win with that letter. Unbelievable that a company would be that stupid to put it in writing. Definately email me. The pain is a comin.
