LadynRed, Whychat, Anyone with any suggestions on the following?????? Thanks for responding LadynRed. The "open" is shown on my credit report on the original credit debt with CitiBank. The Judgement was due to the fact that on my credit report they show I've been making payments on the account from off and on from 1998-2000. There have been no payments made on the account since 1997. I have all my credit card receipts with check #, date and amount sent from 1994-1997. They also printed a statement from the credit card company on 5/13/02 showing: PAYMENT DUE DATE-7/30/98, STATEMENT DATE - 7/7/98, MIN AMT DUE - $5,926.76, NEW BALANCE - $5,926.76. The statement also has LATE FEE for 6/17/98 for $15.00 and 7/7/98 an OVER THE CREDIT LIMIT FEE for $15.00. PURCHASES & ADVANCES $15.00. PREVIOUS BALANCE - $5,793.45 NEW BALANCE $5,926.76. If I've been making payments, how can the amount be the same as it was on my 1999 credit report stating the last activity was 5/97? IM TOTALLY CONFUSED. HELP!!!!!!!!
