We received a letter stating that my husband owes RJM Aquisitions/Fingerhut $868 from 1998. He has never authorized an account with Fingerhut, nor has he ever purchased any merchandise from them. This letter also came from Mitchell Kay's Law Offices. I finally found a phone number for RJM. We actually got someone to answer the phone! They stated that they would remove this debt from his credit report and send us a letter stating this. We will see if we get it or not. Here is the phone number 516-714-1370. Hope this helps...
