It does make sense because RMA reaged, illegal I might add, all sears debt it seems. When you put your other dates I thought that was the date the reporting SOL was up. I did not know that was the date the SOL is up. I would just lay low and do nothing until the SOLs are up. Just to be safe wait the 5 years.
