CA attorney calling after validation...

I sent a validation request, along with a "I'll only respond to written correspondance, stop calling me and my neighbor" letter. I also pointed out their numerous violation and advised them to stop it or I'll report them.

The letter was delivered @ 9:46 am on June 30.

So, I get home today and have yet another message on my machine from them. At least this time it was a respectful message and not that nasty wench who has been calling my neighbors.

My question is -- what do I do now? Should I just keep saving the messages and notating their violations while I wait to receive written correspondance from them? Do I call them and tell them (again) to knock it off?

They're like those pesky gnats I hate so much.....
