honestly i just go to sites like nwjustice.org & other internet searches with different key words .. in my opinion whychats site has great easy info thats very easy to follow so to give him credit he took ALOT of the leg work out of this for all of us ..

im just a total amateur like you that & at 1 time 5 yrs ago had 1 chargeoff that made me learn about my rights becouse if i didnt that 1 credit card co would have eaten me alive , they sold that debt about 5 - 7 times .. like i say i just had the 1 chargeoff from 1998 & they drove me nutts so i can just imagine how people with many feel , its gotta make you sick .. far as georgia goes then can garnish up to 25% of your paycheck if they win a suit , the only states i know of that cannot are either Texas or Florida which if you have no assets in either 1 of those states your pretty much lets say judgement proof .. again im no expert by far & just my opinions here so good luck , kelly ......
