Georgia has a 4 year SOL for credit card debts. It is also a "cause of action " State, which means you can take the "come-off" date from your Experian report for the ORIGINAL CREDITORS on those accounts and and subtract 3 years and 1 month.That will give you the MANDATED REPORTED DATE of FIRST delinquency,(which is the starting date of the legal SOL).

Once you have established that you are beyond SOL you can then send the SOL letter from my website to any of the CA's who are reporting on THOSE accounts, as you will have proof of any reaging.
