I was waiting for the webmaster to switch months before I posted my weekly "Newcomers" post which has my website, I linked it below for you. The SOL where you are SUED is the one that counts. If they sued you in Mo., they would still have to serve you in Ga.and if they got a judgment in Mo. against you, it would still have to be reentered in Ga. to be enforced. Yes, get your Experian AND Transunion report, make sure you opt out before doing any credit repair work.
